Identity – Phillips Van-Heusen is an expanding apparel company, that has grown rapidly through a series of brand acquisitions. They pride themselves on providing long term return for investors, but until this point did not have any discernible visual brand. A major consideration, was that many of their brands are highly visible, recognizable, distinct and iconic, and any over arching corporate brand identity, would need to sit in harmony with all of them. The identity was developed to provide a low key corporate brand that was encompassing, inclusive, simple, and reliable, to emphasize the stead hand of the corporate team and leadership. The company continued to grow adding Tommy Hilfiger and Speedo and Warner’s amongst others, to their portfolio.
